Can I request a return/refund?

How do I return an item?

MANUFACTURE DEFECT

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you discover an item has a manufacturer's defect or was damaged during transit, we will accept the item for return or exchange with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept any items for return or exchange without proof of purchase. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

CONSULTING REFUND 

If you discover consulting is proving to be in error we will offer more consulting for no charge. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Has my order shipped?

Do you charge sales tax on any items?

Sales tax is dependant upon your state of residence. If sales tax applies to your state, you will see the amount in the checkout before you place your order.
